Job Summary

Responsible for supervising and maintaining housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, discipline, and basic facility operations across the factory/manufacturing unit, including offices, common areas, washrooms, employee/guest accommodation, and other designated premises. The role will ensure housekeeping standards, supervise support staff, coordinate maintenance requirements, and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor daily attendance, deployment, discipline, productivity, and quality of work.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of factory common areas, offices, washrooms, corridors, pantry, accommodation areas, and other designated facilities.
- Prepare daily cleaning schedules, staff duty rosters, checklists, and inspection records.
- Monitor the availability and proper usage of cleaning materials, consumables, toiletries, drinking water, and other housekeeping requirements.
- Ensure timely cleaning and readiness of guest and employee accommodation rooms, wherever applicable.
- Maintain accommodation, room occupancy, and housekeeping records.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify cleanliness, hygiene, safety, or facility-related issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Identify and report plumbing, electrical, AC, furniture, sanitation,



and other maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, Security, Maintenance, and other support teams for smooth facility operations.
- Ensure proper waste collection, disposal, and cleanliness practices in accordance with company requirements.
- Monitor adherence to safety, security, discipline, and company rules within the assigned premises.
- Prevent misuse or damage of company property and report any unauthorized activities or violations.
- Handle housekeeping and facility-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment of housekeeping materials and consumables.
- Maintain daily checklists and submit status reports to HR/Admin or the reporting manager.
- Immediately escalate major safety, security, hygiene, accommodation, or maintenance issues to the concerned department.
