Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, covering Telecaller, Web Developer, Digital Marketing, Front Office, Admin, and Travel Desk responsibilities. Telecaller duties include making and receiving calls, responding to inquiries, providing course information, and maintaining accurate call records. Web Developer tasks involve building and updating the institute’s website, collaborating on user-friendly designs, and ensuring site performance and security.

Digital

Marketing responsibilities include managing social media, creating online campaigns, coordinating email marketing, and tracking engagement and lead generation.

Front

Office duties cover welcoming visitors, handling walk-in enquiries, managing appointments, and supporting admission processes. Admin tasks include maintaining records, coordinating schedules, assisting with documentation,



and supporting daily office operations.

Travel

Desk responsibilities involve arranging travel and accommodation, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth logistics for staff, trainees, and events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and Web Design to create and maintain user-friendly, visually appealing web pages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming to manage website functionality, databases, and integrations.
- Candidates should possess skills in overall Web Development to coordinate front-end and back-end tasks and ensure stable online platforms.
- Strong communication, customer service, and telecalling skills, with the ability to handle enquiries professionally and clearly.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media handling, content posting, and online promotion strategies.
- Organizational and administrative skills for managing records, coordinating schedules, and supporting front office and travel desk operations.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email) and familiarity with internet research.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced educational environment and adapt to multiple responsibilities.
- A relevant diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in aviation, education, customer-facing roles, web development, or digital marketing is an advantage.
