Core Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Start the HMC machine, load raw materials, and unload finished parts safely.

- Setup and Tooling: Select cutting tools, set tool offsets, and adjust feed rates or cutting speeds.

- Quality Inspection: Use precision tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check part dimensions.

- Reading Drawings: Interpret engineering blueprints, process sheets, and technical diagrams.

- Maintenance: Clean the workspace, lubricate parts, and perform daily routine checks on the machine.

- Troubleshooting: Identify minor errors in the program or machine movement and report major issues to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

- Education: ITI certificate or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: Ranging from 6 months to 3+ years of hands-on machining experience.

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of controller systems (such as Fanuc or Siemens) and reading mechanical drawings.

- Safety: Ability to wear protective gear and follow factory safety rules.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
