Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned QE Presales & Solutioning professional with strong hands-on experience in Quality Engineering, Test Transformation, AI-led QE solutions, and Presales activities. The ideal candidate should possess a balanced mix of deep QE expertise and practical presales experience, capable of engaging with clients, understanding business challenges, building winning solutions, and supporting deal pursuits.

Unlike pure QE Architects, this role demands a hands-on approach to solutioning, estimation, proposal creation, and client discussions while leveraging modern AI-led testing and quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solutioning

- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, current QA landscape, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead discovery workshops, solution discussions, and client presentations.
- Create customized QE transformation roadmaps and solution proposals.
- Develop effort estimations, staffing models, pricing inputs, and delivery approaches.
- Support RFP, RFQ, RFI responses and deal pursuits.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Practice Teams,



and Leadership during pursuits.
- Prepare solution decks, capability presentations, and value propositions.

Quality Engineering Expertise
- Define end-to-end test strategies across functional, automation, performance, API, security, and data testing.
- Drive Quality Engineering transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable QA operating models, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
- Recommend automation frameworks and test optimization approaches.
- Conduct current-state assessments and identify QE improvement opportunities.

AI-led Quality Engineering
- Apply AI/GenAI capabilities for: Test Case Generation
- Test Data Creation
- Defect Prediction
- Intelligent Test Automation
- Test Impact Analysis
- Quality Analytics
- Root Cause Analysis
- Build AI-led QE accelerators, reusable assets, and solution frameworks.
- Demonstrate practical implementation of AI in testing engagements.
