The organization is seeking an experienced Transformation Lead – Trust & Safety to drive transformation across Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Annotation, Localization, and AI Training Data operations.

About the Role

The Transformation Lead – Trust & Safety will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across Trust & Safety operations, helping transition manual and reactive workflows into scalable, AI-led, automated, compliant, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operating models.

The role will partner with Operations, QA, Technology, and Business stakeholders to identify prospects, improve operational performance, develop transformation roadmaps, and support solutioning, RFPs/RFIs, and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead AI-led transformation across Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Annotation, Localization, and AI Training Data workflows.
Identify process inefficiencies and improve quality, accuracy, SLA adherence, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Design and implement automation and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) models.
Translate Trust & Safety policies into operational workflows, moderation processes, and annotation guidelines.
Identify abuse patterns, harmful-content trends, emerging risks, and operational gaps.
Collaborate with Technology/AI teams on tools, platforms, automation, and model performance.
Generate data-driven insights to improve AI model performance and operational outcomes.
Develop transformation roadmaps, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
