Job Description – Meta Ads Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Meta Ads Manager to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. The candidate should possess solid expertise in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting with a deep understanding of performance marketing and audience strategy.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling large-scale campaigns, ensuring delivery efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven optimizations.

Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
Perform end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding

strategy, ad creation, and tracking implementation.
Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, spend utilization, and performance metrics on a daily basis.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and engagement rates.




Analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to improve overall account

efficiency.

● Coordinate with internal teams for creative requirements, tracking implementation, campaign

timelines, and reporting.

● Ensure campaigns are launched with proper QA checks including creatives, tracking URLs,

audience setup, and conversion events.
Identify scaling opportunities through audience expansion, retargeting, lookalike strategies, and performance analysis.
Troubleshoot delivery issues, learning limitations, tracking discrepancies, and underperforming campaigns proactively.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations

and business insights.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta advertising campaigns.
Robust expertise in Meta Ads Manager with proven campaign optimization experience.
Positive understanding of performance marketing metrics
