Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Business Development – EdTech to lead our institutional business growth.
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in EdTech, education sales, institutional partnerships, or B2B business development, with a robust understanding of how to connect with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities
Identify and develop recent institutional business opportunities
Generate partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational organizations
Plan and coordinate seminars, workshops, campus programs, and student initiatives
Conduct presentations and represent ICORP at institutional events
Convert institutional leads into long-term partnerships
Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to closure
Work towards monthly and quarterly business development targets
Track market trends and identify recent opportunities in the EdTech and education sector
What We’re Looking For
→ 2–3 years of relevant experience in EdTech / Education / Institutional Sales / Business Development
→ Experience working with colleges, universities, or educational institutions
→ Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
→ Confident in presentations, meeting
