We are looking for an experienced Coupa SAP Support Lead to lead Coupa production support, AMS operations, Coupa–SAP integrations, and continuous improvement for a long-term engagement.

- AMSOwn end-to-end Coupa L2/L3 AMS / Production Support. Act as the primary escalation point for Coupa and Coupa–SAP incidents, problems, and changes. Drive incident resolution, RCA, preventive actions, and SLA recovery. Manage ticket backlog, ageing, priorities, and SLA adherence. Lead war-room calls for critical production issues. Proactively identify risks related to transaction failures, integrations, supplier/invoice processing, performance, and availability.

Coupa Functional Expertise

Strong hands-on experience across the following Coupa modules: Procure-to-Pay (P2 P)Invoicing Expenses Sourcing Supplier Information Management (SIM)Contracts / Contract Management Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2 C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) processes.

Troubleshoot configuration issues involving: Business rules Approval workflows Accounting structures Tax and compliance Supplier onboarding and supplier information Sourcing events and processes Contract workflows and approvals Support Coupa releases and quarterly upgrades, including impact analysis and hypercare. SAP &

- Coupa Integration – Mandatory Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP ECC.

Experience supporting Coupa–SAP integrations across procurement, supplier, purchase order, receipt, invoice, and financial/accounting processes.

Experience integrating Coupa P2 P, SIM, Sourcing, and Contract Management processes with SAP and other enterprise systems.



Troubleshoot integration issues across both Coupa and SAP and identify the root cause.

Experience with Coupa APIs, flat-file/batch integrations, and real-time integrations. Troubleshoot API failures, integration failures, batch issues, and master/transactional data mismatches. Coordinate with SAP, middleware, infrastructure, and other technical teams for end-to-end resolution.

Experience with middleware such as: SAP CPISAP PI/POMule Soft Boomi⚡ Coupa Implementation Experience – Mandatory Minimum 1–2 full lifecycle Coupa implementations.

Experience implementing/supporting multiple Coupa modules including P2 P, SIM, Sourcing, and Contracts. Ability to leverage implementation experience for faster issue diagnosis and design-aware solutions.

Experience supporting: Design workshops Configuration UAT defect resolution Deployment Implementation-to-production transition Hypercare Identify opportunities for Coupa/SAP process improvements and configuration optimization. Governance &

- Stakeholder Management Act as the Coupa SAP Support Lead and Client SPOC. Conduct daily/weekly operational reviews and SLA/backlog reviews. Support monthly service reviews and stakeholder governance. Provide reporting on incidents, risks, RCAs, and improvement initiatives. Manage business-critical and executive-level escalations. Experience8–12+ years of overall experience in ERP, Spend Management, P2 P, or related platforms.5–8+ years of hands-on Coupa experience. Strong SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP ECC experience.

Experience with ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing platforms. Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education &

Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.

Coupa

Certification – Implementation / Core / P2 P / SIM / Sourcing strongly preferred. SAP Certification – preferred.
