Export Sales & International Business Development Executive / Manager office Location: Mount Road,chennai

Office work hours: 10 a,m to 7 p.m working days:Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- International Buyer Development

Identify genuine overseas importers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers.

Find potential buyers through B2B platforms, LinkedIn, trade portals, exhibitions and direct market research.

Contact buyers through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and telephone.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with overseas buyers.

Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

- Export Sales

Handle enquiries from international customers.

Prepare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery terms.

Understand buyer requirements and coordinate samples.

Follow up from enquiry to order confirmation and shipment.

Develop new markets and customers, particularly in Europe, USA and other suitable international markets.

- Export Documentation

Candidate should have practical knowledge of:

Commercial Invoice

Proforma Invoice

Packing List

Purchase Order

Shipping documentation

GST/export documentation

IEC-related procedures

Shipping Bill

Bill of Lading / Airway Bill

Certificate of Origin

Coordination with freight forwarders and customs/CHA

Basic knowledge of export payment procedures and international trade terms (Incoterms)

- Product Knowledge

Experience in imitation mobile spare parts / jewellery / fashion jewellery / accessories will be preferred.

Knowledge of products such as brass jewellery, gold-plated jewellery and other fashion jewellery will be an advantage.

- Digital & Online Business Development The candidate should be comfortable using:

LinkedIn

IndiaMART / Alibaba / other B2B platforms

Google and online buyer research

Email marketing

WhatsApp Business





Excel / Google Sheets

Basic CRM or lead-management systems

Requirements

We need a candidate who has practical experience in export sales, international buyer development and export documentation, preferably in mobile spare parts, imitation jewellery, fashion jewelry, accessories, handicrafts, consumer products or a similar export-oriented industry.

Candidate Profile

Experience:Preferably 2–5 years in export sales / international business development.

Education: Graduate preferred. Any additional qualification in international business, export management or sales will be an advantage.

Language: Good English communication is essential, both written and spoken.

Skills required

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good follow-up ability

Ability to generate international leads independently

Ability to identify genuine buyers

Knowledge of export procedures and documentation

Sales-oriented and target-driven

Comfortable communicating with overseas customers

- Good computer and Excel skills

Location

Chennai – Mount Road.

The candidate should work from office.

Salary Range

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, capability and suitability.

We are also considering an incentive/commission structure of approximately 2% of the invoice value on successfully generated and converted export orders, subject to our final discussion with the selected candidate.

We are looking for a candidate who can actually generate overseas buyers and business, not only someone experienced in documentation.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the process from:

Finding overseas buyer → Initial contact → Enquiry → Quotation → Negotiation → Order confirmation → Export documentation → Shipment coordination → Payment follow-up.
