We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven Freshers to join our team as BusinessDevelopment Executives (Freight Brokers). In this role, you will act as the crucial link betweenshippers who need to move cargo and the carriers who transport it. This is a high-energy roleperfect for individuals with excellent communication skills who want to build a career ininternational/domestic logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and pitch logistics services to potentialcorporate clients (shippers).

Carrier Negotiation:



Source reliable transportation carriers and negotiate competitivefreight rates to maximize profit margins.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong daily communication with both clients andcarriers to ensure service reliability.

Operations Coordination: Track shipments, provide real-time updates to customers, andresolve transit issues efficiently.

Target Achievement: Work closely with management to meet daily activity goals andmonthly business development targets.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Education: Graduate in any stream

Experience: 0–1 year (Complete freshers with a drive to learn are welcome!)

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (essential fornegotiating and client handling).
