We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare staffing/recruitment and be comfortable working in the US shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals for US-based requirements.
- Screen candidates and assess their skills, experience, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records in the ATS.
- Work closely with the recruitment and account management teams to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment/US Healthcare Staffing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Comfortable working in the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST shift.
- Candidates from Mohali/Chandigarh Tricity preferred.
