Hiring | Head of IT – Retail / Hospitality

We are hiring for a Head of IT with a leading, quick-growing Retail Brand in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai – Lower Parel

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA

Industry: Retail / Hospitality only

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall IT strategy, roadmap & digital transformation
- Manage IT infrastructure, ERP, POS, e-commerce & enterprise applications
- Drive information security, data governance, DPDP & PCI-DSS compliance
- Manage IT operations across stores, HO & warehouses
- Lead new-store IT setup, connectivity, POS & system readiness
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, technology partners & SLAs
- Lead and develop the IT team and partner with senior leadership
- Drive system integration, automation, analytics & technology scalability

Ideal Candidate

✅ 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience





✅ Strong experience in Retail / Hospitality

✅ Experience managing multi-location IT operations

✅ Strong exposure to ERP, POS, e-commerce & system integrations

✅ Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity & data governance

✅ Strong vendor, budget & team management experience

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
