Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities
● Basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility for Fortune Group properties and other ventures.
● Meta Ads: Support the creation, management, and optimization of paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms to generate leads and drive engagement.
● Google Ads: Aid in the development and execution of Google Search and
Display campaigns, focusing on keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance monitoring.
● Linkedin Ads:
Contribute to the planning and execution of Linkedin advertising campaigns.
● Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and assist in preparing reports on key metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing and sales teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 5 Years to 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with exposure to paid advertising platforms.
● Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
● Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Linkedin Ads platforms.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a agile environment.
● Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
