Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our Director in driving business growth and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with expertise in business analytics, market research, and competition analysis. You'll play a key role in supporting the Director in making informed decisions, driving growth, and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Analytics: Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends,

customer needs, and competitor activity

- Competition Analysis: Analyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market strategies
- Data Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track business performance
- Strategic Analysis: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability
- Growth Enhancement: Identify opportunities to drive business growth and enhance profitability
- P&L; Management:



Support the Director in managing P&L;, including budgeting,

forecasting, and variance analysis

- Advanced Excel: Develop and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and reports

Requirements

- PG in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, market research, or strategic analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, data analytics, and data visualization tools
- Experience in P&L; management and budgeting
- Robust strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

- Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools
