Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hair and Makeup Artist role based at Raahi Makeup Studio in Delhi, India. The Hair and Makeup Artist will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable hair and makeup styles, and execute looks for bridal, party, editorial, and everyday occasions. Daily responsibilities include performing hair styling and basic hair care, applying makeup using professional techniques and products, and maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation.

The role also involves scheduling and managing appointments, preparing clients for photoshoots or events,



and ensuring a positive, welcoming studio experience. Collaboration with other team members, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and staying updated on current beauty trends are essential to this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, with the ability to work with different hair types and create a variety of looks.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Special Effects Makeup and general Cosmetology techniques, including skincare preparation and product knowledge.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client consultation, communication, and professionalism.
- Formal training or certification in cosmetology, hairdressing, or makeup artistry is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience working in a salon, studio, or similar professional beauty workplace is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work during peak hours, weekends, and special events.
- Commitment to hygiene and sanitation standards, and familiarity with safe product usage and allergy considerations.
