Job Title : Guidewire ClaimCenter Delivery Manager - PC Insurance

Responsibilities:

- 12-15 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Insurance Technology, enterprise application delivery, and digital transformation.
- 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience.
- Strong experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter solution design, configuration, customization, extensions, integrations, upgrades, migrations, and production support.
- Experience managing vendors and external technology partners.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI and Agentic AI and their application to workflow automation, delivery optimization, decision support, reporting, and productivity improvement.
- Deep knowledge of Property Casualty (PC) Insurance, particularly claims management, underwriting, and insurance operations.
- Proven experience delivering Guidewire implementation, enhancement, modernization, and transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire ClaimCenter business processes, integrations, APIs, batch processes, data migration, and platform best practices.
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing delivery across onsite and offshore environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, risk management, issue resolution, negotiation, and delivery governance.
- Partner with customers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead project and program planning,



effort estimation, resource planning, risk management, dependency tracking, budgeting, and change governance.
- Manage delivery across onsite and offshore teams while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer commitments.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, QA teams, and technology stakeholders to design and deliver scalable Guidewire solutions.
- Lead Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation, enhancement, modernization, integration, migration, upgrade, and production support initiatives.
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, backlog management, delivery tracking, status reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendors and third-party partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives, delivery commitments, quality standards, and governance requirements.
- Provide solid functional and technical leadership across Guidewire ClaimCenter business processes, integrations, APIs, batch processes, extensions, and data migration.
- Leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to automate workflows, requirements analysis, documentation, reporting, risk identification, effort estimation, and delivery processes.
- Champion AI-powered productivity tools to improve engineering efficiency, decision-making, operational effectiveness, and software delivery velocity.
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and opportunities early and establish mitigation and contingency plans.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
