We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) – F&B; Service to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting with restaurant operations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.

- Assist guests with seating and provide menus.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Serve food and beverages according to the property's service standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.

- Set up and clear tables before and after guest service.

- Ensure proper mise-en-place is maintained at all times.

- Respond to guest requests and queries promptly and courteously.

- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.

- Handle guest feedback professionally and report concerns to the supervisor.

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment,



and clearing when required.

- Support the team during busy periods, events, and special functions.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Customer-service-oriented approach.

- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Good grooming and professional appearance.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
