Growth Executive – Student Engagement & Memberships

Started in 2011, The Quad is a premium fitness coaching company that helps people achieve long-term results in health and fitness. We pioneered functional fitness and strength & conditioning training in India when traditional gyms were still the norm, and today we coach thousands of students across 25+ cities worldwide — in person and virtually. We are a lean, high-energy team serious about making fitness sustainable, inclusive and effective.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS In 2026, our growth is driven as much by the students already with us as by new sign-ups. Attendance, re-activation and renewals are where the next chapter is won. You will bring inactive students back, lift attendance among the at-risk, run creative comeback campaigns, and make sure renewals, plan changes and payments feel seamless. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our coaching team, because engagement problems are rarely just data problems — they are human ones.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Engagement & re-activation

- Plan and run engagement campaigns for inactive, low-attendance and at-risk students
- Design creative re-engagement initiatives — comeback programmes, challenges, win-back offers
- Work with coaches to understand why students drop off, and turn that into interventions that move attendance

Memberships & renewals
- Communicate with current and past students on attendance, renewals and plan options
- Support membership growth through renewals and relevant cross-sell / up-sell — consultative, never transactional
- Own renewal payment follow-ups end to end. This is a critical part of the role

Data & reporting





- Track and analyse engagement, attendance and membership data to support decisions
- Maintain accurate membership and engagement records in our CRM
- Produce regular reports on engagement, renewals and revenue against quarterly targets

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- 2+ years in customer success, account management, community management, inside sales or a related role. Exceptional freshers with the right temperament are welcome
- Solid English communication, verbal and written
- Comfort owning payment and renewal follow-ups: persistent, organised, never awkward about it
- High proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office and hands-on experience with an online CRM
- Ability to read membership and attendance data and turn it into an actionable insight
- Creative thinking paired with operational discipline
- A calm, patient, empathetic manner with students
- Based in Chennai and able to work on-site with the coaching team

NICE TO HAVE

- B2C, subscription or membership-led business experience
- Fitness, sports, wellness or education background
- Hands-on with CRM workflows or marketing automation (WhatsApp / email journeys)
- Strong spreadsheets — pivots, cohort views, retention curves
