? Looking for a Founding Growth & Ground Operations Associate — Patna

I’m building Blue Eye Electric, a local electrician & home electrical service business, and we’re now starting our ground-level expansion in Patna.

I’m looking for ONE motivated person in Patna who wants to work directly with a founder and actually experience how a local business is built from 0 → 1.

What you’ll work on

- Local customer acquisition
- Visiting shops & local businesses
- Partnerships & referrals
- Ground marketing
- Lead generation
- WhatsApp/Instagram marketing
- Talking to electricians & service partners
- Testing recent growth ideas
- Building systems for local operations

This is NOT a desk-only internship.

You’ll be on the ground, meeting people and helping build the business.

What I’m offering

⚠️ Currently, there is NO fixed salary/stipend.

I want to be completely transparent about this.

However,



you’ll get:

- Direct work with the founder
- Real startup/business-building experience
- Ownership of growth activities
- Performance-based earning opportunities as the business generates revenue
- Certificate/experience letter based on contribution
- Possibility of a paid/long-term role based on performance
