About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Head – Client Servicing to lead key client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee multiple accounts and servicing teams. The ideal candidate will be a solid client leader with proven experience in strategy, integrated campaigns, pitches, and new business development, along with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic partner.
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and market landscape to develop effective communication and marketing solutions.
- Drive strategic planning and campaign development in collaboration with creative, social media, performance, SEO, content, and other specialist teams.
- Have prior hands-on experience in developing strategies, communication plans, campaign concepts, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Lead and contribute to new business pitches, RFPs, presentations, and client proposals from brief understanding to final presentation.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, upselling, and expanding the scope of client engagements.
- Oversee multiple accounts and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all campaigns and projects.
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and ensure alignment across respective teams.
- Monitor account performance, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and overall client satisfaction.
- Handle senior-level client conversations, negotiations, escalations, and conflict resolution with maturity and professionalism.
- Work closely with internal department heads to ensure integrated and strategically aligned solutions.
- Review campaign performance and insights with teams and use data and market trends to recommend improvements.
- Mentor,



guide, and manage Account Managers, Account Executives, and other servicing team members.
- Establish strong processes for account management, reporting, communication, and project execution.
- Take ownership of team performance, productivity, resource planning, and overall account profitability.
- Stay updated on digital marketing, advertising, consumer trends, and evolving industry practices to bring relevant ideas and opportunities to clients.

- Ability to manage multiple clients, teams, and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, content, performance, SEO, social media, and other specialist teams.

What we are Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in client servicing / account management, preferably within a digital, advertising, or integrated marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing large/key accounts and senior client stakeholders.
- Prior experience in strategy, campaign planning, and developing integrated marketing solutions is essential.
- Strong track record of independently handling or leading pitches and new business opportunities.
- Experience managing and mentoring a servicing team.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, communication, and campaign execution.
