Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce engaging YouTube thumbnails that capture viewer attention and enhance video content.
- Create visually compelling social media posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, tailored to platform requirements.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet brand and client expectations.
- Develop layouts, graphics, and color schemes that communicate the intended message and maintain visual consistency.
- Create branding materials for events, ensuring traditional and spiritual aesthetics when needed.




- Keep up-to-date with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the designs.
- Manage a library of assets and templates for efficient project turnaround.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails and social media post designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid sense of layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Knowledge of design requirements for social media platforms.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset and understanding of spiritual and cultural aesthetics for relevant projects.
