THE ROLE

Based in Navi Mumbai, you will join our Studio (Digital) team and will be developing high-quality visual assets for BIODERMA India across social media, digital campaigns, ecommerce and selected brand touchpoints. .Your main responsibilities will include:

- Design and adapt visual assets for Instagram, YouTube, ecommerce, digital campaigns and other brand touchpoints.
- Translate campaign briefs, product stories and brand guidelines into strong social-first creative concepts and executions.
- Create static posts, carousels, stories, banners, digital ads, key visuals, presentations and other communication assets.
- Develop platform-native layouts that balance brand consistency with current visual and social media trends.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and internal stakeholders to understand briefs, priorities, timelines and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with copywriters, agencies,



photographers and production partners to ensure seamless creative execution.
- Adapt global master assets for the India market while maintaining BIODERMA's premium, dermatological and scientific visual identity.
- Support basic motion design and short-form video requirements, including animated typography, transitions, reels covers and simple edits.
- Support occasional social-first content creation, including simple phone-shot product videos, reels, behind-the-scenes moments and quick edits for launches, events and always-on content.
- Maintain organised working files, templates, design systems and asset libraries for efficient reuse and consistency.
- Ensure all creative outputs are accurate, proofread, technically correct and optimised to platform specifications before release.
- Contribute proactively to creative ideation, moodboards, visual references and new design formats for campaigns and always-on content.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who naturally puts the living at the centre whose way of working matters as much as the work itself.Concretely, we hope you are:

- Experienced (2-5 years) in Graphic design for beauty, skincare, wellness, lifestyle, fashion or premium consumer brands.
- Proficient in designing for social media, digital campaigns and performance-led creative formats.
- Experienced in creating campaign key visuals, carousels, stories, banners, ecommerce assets and presentations.

- Visually strong and concept-driven, with a refined eye for typography, composition, colour and imagery.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a high bar for visual consistency and finishing.
- Agile and proactive, able to move quickly across multiple briefs without compromising quality.
- Cooperative and open to feedback, working effectively with marketing teams, agencies and production partners.
