Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the branding, marketing, and communication efforts of i2Global. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to create engaging designs for both digital and print media, including creatives for franchise promotions,

social media campaigns, academic content, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, franchise decks,

flyers, brochures, and ads.
- Create engaging visual layouts for academic materials, digital banners, event posters, and

internal branding.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials as per the i2Global brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, academic, and franchise teams to understand design

needs and deliver within deadlines.
- Adapt and repurpose design templates for different formats (e.g., square, story, A4, printable).
- Coordinate with external vendors for print-ready files when required.
- Edit and enhance images, design infographics, and support visual storytelling for presentations

and documents.
- Maintain an organized asset library and version control for design files.

Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an education or marketing setting.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma, Higgsfield similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple design requests with attention to detail and timely delivery.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a portfolio showcasing previous design work (mandatory at interview stage).
- Must be open to feedback and collaborative working with different teams.
- Should be available for fast turnarounds and creative iterations when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
