Candidate should have solid accounting interpretational skills
Candidate should have positive communication skills (in English – Both Oral & Written).
Candidate should be self-reliant & be on his or her own to independently handle clients from India, US & Canada Regions.
Hands-on exposure in GL & AR Domain (Merchandise Accounting, Month-End Close, SOX Audit Compliance) are preferred.
Hands-on exposure in reviewing Balance Sheet Reconciliations, P&L; Analysis
Understanding on Financial Accounting Standards
Knowledge in USGAAP will be an added advantage
Exposure in Retail Industry Finance & Accounts Function will be an added advantage.
User Level Conversance in ERP Tools Oracle, People Soft & Mainframe
User Level Conversance in MS Office Tools & particularly in MS Excel is a must.

6+ Years of relevant experience is what customer is looking for. We shall discuss further on this.
