JOB PURPOSE

The Manager-Landscape is responsible for maintenance of greenery at Passenger Terminal Building for enhancement of ambience and workplace which contributes to better passenger experience at IGIA. The role ensures the effective implementation of maintenance plans and compliance with safety and environmental standards while driving continuous improvement in landscape practices and resource optimization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Landscape & Horticulture Management
Plan and execute high-quality landscape maintenance inside and around the Passenger Terminal buildings and auxiliary building across the Airport premises.
Monitor scheduled horticulture practices for indoor plantation including replacement of deteriorated indoor potted plants
Season-wise aesthetic display and maintenance of seasonal flower potted plants at strategic locations and creation of theme-based garden at Terminal buildings during various festivals.




Drive innovation and creativity in landscape works by adopting recent technologies, sustainable practices, and modern design solution to enhance the quality, efficiency and visual appeal.

Project Management
Assist in planning, design, and execution landscape enhancement projects.
Support with finalizing budget, BOQs, scope of work, and prepare reports for approval from senior management.
Monitor project quality, address deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions.

AOP Development & Cost Management
Support in preparing the AOP considering the equipment and maintenance needs and anticipated improvement projects.
Review maintenance expenditure and identify areas for cost-saving.

Monitor adherence to environmental and safety regulations in landscape maintenance.
Prepare monthly MIS reports on landscape maintenance and current projects.
