About the Role
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Lead design and implementation of complex features and systems in C#/.NET with minimal oversight
Partner with product and architecture teams on feasibility assessments, technical tradeoffs, and execution sequencing
Identify architectural risks and technical debt — including legacy .NET Framework migrations — and propose and drive remediation efforts




Influence technical direction across the team without formal authority, building consensus through expertise and collaboration

Engineering Excellence & Standards
Set and enforce engineering best practices across the team, including unit/integration testing, code review standards, and observability
Establish observability standards using App Insights, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools to ensure production visibility
Champion code quality through design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive adoption of security best practices including OAuth/AuthHub patterns and secure coding standards

Team Development & Mentorship
Mentor Software Engineer I and II team members, providing guidance on technical growth and career development
Review designs and code across the team, offering constructive feedback and meaningful knowledge sharing
