Job Title: Senior Associate - Educational
Book Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We
are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Educational Book Graphic
Designer to design engaging, age-appropriate and
learner-friendly textbooks, student handbooks, teacher handbooks and
learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Design book
layouts, page templates, illustrations, icons, diagrams and infographics.
Translate educational
content into explicit, engaging and visually meaningful learning
experiences.
Create age-appropriate
designs for different grades, subjects and learning contexts.
Work closely with
curriculum and content teams to align visuals with learning
objectives and activities.
Maintain consistency
in layout, typography, illustrations, colours and visual language.
Develop print-ready
and digital-ready files and incorporate review feedback
Support design of multilingual
educational materials where required.

Requirements
Minimum Experience:
Degree/Diploma
in Graphic Design, Visual Communication,



Fine Arts or a related
field.
3+ years of experience in educational
publishing, book design or learning materials.
Proficiency in Adobe
InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop or equivalent tools.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding
of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and information design.
Ability to
create child-friendly, accessible and engaging visuals.
Strong attention to
detail, creativity and ability to work within timelines.
Positive collaboration
skills and ability to work with content and curriculum teams.

Preferred: Experience in school textbooks,
vocational/experiential learning materials, children's publications or
multilingual educational content.
