Dev Lead – ServiceNow (Now Assist & AI Agents)
Role / Job Summary
We are looking for a robust ServiceNow Dev Lead with hands-on implementation experience and mandatory expertise in Now Assist. The role requires the ability to lead development delivery, guide a team of developers, and build AI-led capabilities using Now Assist and AI Agents, along with a working knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, providing technical direction to a team of developers.
Own end-to-end implementation of Now Assist capabilities, including configuration, prompt/skill design, and integration into existing workflows.
Design and build AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform to automate and augment business processes.
Review technical designs, code, and configurations produced by the development team to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with architects and business analysts,



and translate them into technical design specifications and development plans.
Guide development and customization of core ServiceNow capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer flows, and Notifications.
Support basic configuration and enhancement needs within Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules as required by project scope.
Develop and oversee integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to manage design dependencies and ensure smooth solution delivery.
Lead and support testing lifecycle activities, including SIT, UAT, defect fixing, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
Mentor developers on ServiceNow best practices, Now Assist implementation approaches, and AI Agent development.
