Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Einetic is a full time, on-site position based in Rajarhat.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing materials, product graphics, social media creatives, presentations, and internal communications. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, collaborating with marketing and development teams, refining brand visuals, and translating complex ideas into clear, engaging graphics. The role involves designing logos, brand elements, and typographic layouts,



preparing files for production, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

The Graphic

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, manage multiple design requests, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print channels.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and composition for clear and effective visual communication.
- Ability to work with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, detail-oriented design work and an understanding of brand consistency.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond to feedback and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
