Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual materials for campaigns, events, and community outreach initiatives, including digital and print assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing graphics, logos, and branding materials, and preparing layouts for social media posts, flyers, banners, and presentations. The role involves collaborating with program leads and volunteers to understand communication goals, translating ideas into clear visual messages, and ensuring consistency with organizational brand guidelines.

Designer will also support content adaptation for different platforms and assist in maintaining an organized library of design assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply type for clear and accessible communication.
- Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Candidates should demonstrate a portfolio showcasing relevant design work, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should have strong collaboration and communication abilities, and be comfortable working on-site with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates with experience designing for nonprofit or social-impact initiatives and familiarity with social media platforms will be considered an advantage.
