As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our creative and strategy team to develop brand identities, packaging systems, marketing collateral, and other brand touchpoints for clients across different industries.

You should be comfortable taking a creative brief, understanding the brand problem behind it, developing concepts, presenting design directions, refining work based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files.

This is not a role for someone who only executes instructions. We need someone who can think, explore, and make design decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop brand identities, visual systems, and brand applications.

Design packaging for products across different categories and formats.

Translate brand strategy and positioning into meaningful visual concepts.

Develop logos, typography systems, colour palettes, graphic elements, layouts, and visual languages.

Create packaging mockups and realistic presentations for client pitches and presentations.

Work across multiple client projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept through final delivery.

Present and explain design decisions clearly to the creative team and clients when required.

Iterate designs based on internal and client feedback without losing the original strategic direction.

Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and files for printers, manufacturers, and other vendors.

Maintain consistency across different brand touchpoints.

Collaborate with strategists, brand designers, copywriters, and other creative team members.

Stay aware of contemporary design, typography, packaging, print,

materials, and branding trends without blindly following them.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a branding, design, or creative agency environment.

Strong experience in branding and packaging design.

Excellent understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, grids, colour, and visual systems.

Ability to develop concepts rather than simply execute existing ideas.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to understand a brand's personality and translate it visually.

Comfortable handling projects independently and managing multiple deadlines.

Good understanding of print production, packaging specifications, dielines, CMYK, bleeds, and production files.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to receive criticism, defend design decisions when necessary, and improve work quickly.

A portfolio that demonstrates real branding and packaging projects, not just isolated graphic experiments.

Design Tools

You should be highly comfortable working with industry-standard design tools such as:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe InDesign

Figma

Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, After Effects, or other 3D/motion tools is a plus, but not mandatory.

The Kind of Designer Who Will Succeed Here

You will fit this role if you:

Think beyond “does it look good?” and ask “why does it need to look this way?”

Can turn an abstract brand strategy into a clear visual system.

Have robust typography and layout instincts.

Can work across different industries and visual styles.

Are comfortable starting from a blank page.

Can take ownership instead of waiting for every instruction.

Care about the small details that make professional work feel finished.

Understand that a beautiful design with weak strategic thinking is still weak design.

What We Don't Want

This role may not be right for you if:

You primarily work on social media posts and templates.

You depend heavily on references or Pinterest to develop concepts.

You struggle to explain the reasoning behind your design decisions.

You are uncomfortable with revisions and critical feedback.

You need step-by-step instructions for every project.

Your portfolio is mostly template-based or execution-focused.

You prioritise trends over brand relevance.

What You Can Expect

Work on real branding and packaging projects for growing businesses and established brands.

Exposure to the complete branding process—from strategy and concept to execution.

Opportunity to build a strong portfolio across different industries.

A creative environment where ideas are challenged rather than blindly approved.

Increasing ownership and responsibility as you grow within the studio.

Opportunity to work on projects where design has a genuine business objective behind it.
