Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Awestruck Design Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and other client deliverables, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include developing design layouts, producing digital and print-ready assets, collaborating with account and creative teams, and iterating on feedback to refine designs. The role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Designer will also stay updated on design trends and tools to help enhance the studio’s creative output.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software).
- Demonstrated ability to design for both digital and print media, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, and brand identity assets.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Portfolio showcasing original work, creativity, and a range of design projects across different formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality designs.
