We care about good ideas, thoughtful design, beautiful drawings, and—perhaps most importantly—actually figuring out how to build the things we design.

We're looking for a fresh B.Arch graduate to join our team.

What will you be doing?A little bit of everything.

You'll get to work across different stages of projects—from the first sketch on a piece of paper to detailed drawings, presentations, material selections, site visits, and everything in between.

You will

- Assist in developing architectural concepts and designs.
- Prepare drawings, presentations, and working drawings.
- Learn the art (and occasional headache) of architectural detailing.
- Explore materials, finishes, and how things actually get built.
- Join site visits and see your drawings become real spaces.
- Work with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Contribute to projects across architecture, interiors, landscape, and urban design.
- Be part of design conversations, reviews, and plenty of learning along the way.

What we're looking forYou don't need to know everything.



You're a fresher—we don't expect you to. But we'd love someone who is:

- A B.Arch graduate from a recognised institution.
- Curious and genuinely interested in design.
- Willing to learn, ask questions, and get their hands dirty.
- Detail-oriented and interested in how things are built.
- Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Good at communicating ideas and taking ownership of work.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Familiar with Revit, Adobe Suite, and/or visualization software — a bonus.
