Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Google Ads Specialist.

The Google Ads

Specialist will manage and optimize paid search and display campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid management. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and clients to align campaigns with business objectives, implement testing strategies such as A/B tests, and stay updated on Google Ads policies and platform changes.

The position requires daily use of analytics tools to track performance and ensure campaigns meet budget, quality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Google Ads campaign management, including search,



display, remarketing, and basic knowledge of Performance Max.

- Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization for lead generation or e-commerce.

- Ability to use analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio or similar) to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

- Understanding of broader digital marketing concepts, such as conversion rate optimization, funnel strategy, and audience segmentation.

- Comfort working with budgets, bids, and pacing, and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

- Relevant experience in a digital agency or in-house marketing team; Google Ads certification is a strong advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign results and insights to stakeholders.

- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning about new Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices.
