About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Google Ads & SEO Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our paid search campaigns and organic search presence. You'll own performance across both channels driving qualified traffic, improving rankings, and maximizing ROI on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and manage bidding strategies
- Monitor budgets, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS; optimize continuously
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)

SEO

- Perform on-page and technical SEO audits; implement fixes
- Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, site speed, and mobile usability
- Build and manage backlink strategies (outreach,



guest posts, directory listings)
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility

Reporting & Strategy

- Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and ad platform changes
- Collaborate with content, design, and web dev teams to align SEO/SEM strategy

Requirements

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and SEO strategy
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, GTM
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Google Ads certification is a plus

Nice to Have

- Experience with Meta Ads or other paid channels
- Copywriting skills for ad and landing page content
- Local SEO experience
