Role Description As a Google Ads Specialist at Build My Business, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions for clients. On a day-to-day basis, you will conduct keyword research, set up and manage search, display, and remarketing campaigns, write compelling ad copy, and adjust bids and budgets based on performance data. You will monitor campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and achieve client goals.

Collaboration with the marketing and content teams will be essential to align landing pages, tracking, and overall digital strategy. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Google Ads campaign setup and management, including search, display, and remarketing.
- Ability to conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Skill in writing clear,



persuasive ad copy and aligning it with relevant landing pages.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance data, optimizing bids and budgets, and improving CTR and conversion rates.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and conversion tracking.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets or dashboards for reporting and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Google Ads certification and experience in agency or multi-client environments are beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented working style.
