About the Role:

We are hiring energetic and customer-centric professionals for our Global Banking Customer Support team. In this role, you will interact with international banking customers, resolve account-related concerns, and ensure an exceptional service experience through effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer interactions via voice support.
- Assist customers with banking-related queries and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance during all interactions.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Coordinate with backend teams for issue resolution and escalations.

Requirements:

- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible to apply.




- Excellent English communication and fluency in english for international Voice Support.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process/BPO/Customer Support./ Freshers
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.
