Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations and standardize key processes.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma and quality management practices within the GFC function.
- Identify process gaps, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with process owners and finance leadership to resolve operational issues and improve controls.
- Monitor process metrics, support global improvement programs, and deliver training on quality concepts.

Skills Required:

- 6+ years of experience in process improvement or quality management, ideally in a multinational company or BPO.
- Hands-on experience in Six Sigma,



continuous improvement, process management, and process excellence within finance operations.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and quality management systems used in finance process environments.
- Ability to analyze process data, identify root causes, and improve operational consistency at scale.
- Experience supporting finance process improvement initiatives in a multinational or shared services environment.

Valuable to Have:
- Financial accounting or accounting background.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and change management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Yellow Belt, or higher certification.

Education: Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline.
