Role Description The German Trainer will be responsible for teaching German language to learners, primarily at the middle and secondary school levels, using engaging and structured lesson plans. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering classroom sessions, developing and updating curriculum materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also support learners in improving their language skills for academic, professional, and study-abroad purposes, while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

This is a full-time,



in office role based in Ladwa, requiring regular collaboration with academic staff and participation in training or orientation activities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Teaching and working with Middle School learners.
- Skills in Curriculum Development and designing structured language learning materials.
- Strong Language Arts and German language skills, including grammar, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Effective Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and classroom management.
- Proficiency in German language (minimum B2 level or equivalent certification preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in German, Languages, Education, or a related field; teaching certification is an advantage.
- Ability to create an inclusive, learner-centered classroom and adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels.
- Prior experience in coaching learners for international study or language exams is a plus.
