Role Description: The General Surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing surgical procedures across a range of conditions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and involves collaborating with other physicians, nurses, and home care professionals to ensure continuity of care before and after surgery. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, planning and performing surgeries, managing post-operative care, and maintaining accurate medical records.

The General

Surgeon will also participate in clinical decision-making, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support patient and family education to optimise recovery and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Medicine, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of clinical conditions.
- Proficiency in Surgery,



including general surgical procedures and perioperative patient management.
- Competence in Surgery for common musculoskeletal surgical interventions.
- Experience or exposure to plastic surgery for soft tissue and reconstructive procedures would be an advantage.
- Recognised medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in General Surgery; valid medical license/registration as per local regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and provide patient-centred, ethical care.
- Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and capacity to work in a high-responsibility, on-site environment.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings; experience with home care coordination is an advantage.
