We are looking for an experienced, proactive General Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and support the management team in building and scaling the organisation. The candidate should be capable of independently handling responsibilities, coordinating across departments, representing the company professionally, and ensuring smooth execution of business operations.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day company operations. Coordinate between sales, design, site execution, accounts and net-metering teams. Track project progress, deadlines and operational issues. Represent the company in client meetings and business discussions when required. Follow up internally to ensure tasks and projects move on schedule. Help build and implement systems, processes and reporting structures. Prepare and review MIS, operational reports and business updates. Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and other stakeholders. Support management in strategic planning and scaling the business. Assist with digital initiatives and have a basic understanding of software development, websites and SEO. Identify operational bottlenecks and take initiative to solve them.

Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in operations, business management,



project management or a similar leadership role. Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong leadership, coordination and people-management abilities. Comfortable representing the company independently in meetings. Valuable understanding of business operations and reporting. Basic knowledge of software development, websites, digital systems and SEO is preferred. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and business reporting.
