Role Description The General Manager role at Marlsboro Industries LLP is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The General

Manager will oversee daily operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet output and quality targets. This role will manage cross-functional teams, provide leadership and guidance to department heads, and ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Manager will monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.



Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, vendor and client relationship management, and supporting business development initiatives to drive growth and long-term competitiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Operational management capabilities, including production planning, process optimization, resource management, and performance monitoring.
- Business and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial packaging, or related sectors, including quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior operations or general management role, preferably in large-scale manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
