Role Description This is a full time, on-site General Manager role based in Kochi.

The General

Manager oversees daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring smooth coordination between all departments. The role includes managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies to improve revenue, cost efficiency, and overall profitability.

The General

Manager leads and develops team members, sets performance standards, and ensures compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements. The position also involves maintaining high guest satisfaction, handling escalated guest issues, working with external partners, and contributing to long-term business planning for the hotel.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality management, with responsibility for multi-department operations and team leadership.
- Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management to support profitable hotel performance.
- Proficiency in guest service standards, complaint resolution,



and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation in a diverse team environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and basic IT tools used in hospitality operations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to hotel operations in India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the hotel to vendors, partners, and guests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized hospitality certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a hotel environment in Kochi or similar markets is preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
