Role Description The GenAI Engineer will design, build, and optimize generative AI solutions that power PPStack’s learning platforms, career services, and digital products. In this full-time remote role, the engineer will develop and integrate LLM-based features, fine-tune models on education and career-related data, and collaborate with product, content, and curriculum teams to translate learning objectives into scalable AI functionalities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include experimenting with model architectures and prompt engineering, implementing APIs and microservices for AI features, ensuring data privacy and model reliability, and monitoring performance to improve user experience.



The GenAI Engineer will also contribute to research and innovation in learning technologies, support corporate training and EdTech advisory initiatives with technical prototypes, and document best practices to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in generative AI and language models, such as LLMs, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Candidates should possess solid software engineering skills, including Python programming, API development, microservices, and integration of AI services into production systems.
- Candidates should possess experience with machine learning and data workflows, including data preprocessing, model training pipelines, and use of ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Candidates should possess familiarity with cloud and MLOps practices, such as deploying models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), version control, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with the ability to design experiments and interpret results.
- Candidates should possess effective collaboration and communication skills to work with product managers, educators, content creators, and technical teams in a remote environment.
- Beneficial qualifications include experience in EdTech or education-related products, knowledge of instructional design, and prior work on AI-powered learning or recommendation systems.
