We are looking for a GenAI Agent Engineer to build autonomous AI workflows, multi-agent systems, and specialized RAG pipelines for complex enterprise compliance and content systems.

In this role, you will focus on building high-reliability agent logic, prompt orchestration, and context management centered around the Claude API and Anthropic Agent SDK ecosystem. You will design supervisor-agent patterns, human-in-the-loop validation flows, and RAG architectures that strictly enforce brand guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement multi-agent workflows, context memory management, and structured output handling using Python and Claude API/SDK.
- Design autonomous agents (Campaign Intake, Content Generation, Brand Governance, and Compliance Validation).
- Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing Azure AI Search for deep knowledge base indexing.
- Integrate AI workflows with core REST APIs, Webhooks, and internal tools (e.g., Monday.com, Adobe Experience Cloud stack).
- Implement Human-in-the-loop evaluation and rule-based validation logic to monitor model outputs for brand consistency and regulatory alignment.
