Role Description: AMS Support Engineer - GE Vernova APM

Overview

This role provides Application Management Services (AMS) support for GE Vernovas Asset Performance Management (APM) software, ensuring the platform runs reliably and continues to deliver value to the clients reliability and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for the APM platform - triaging incidents, diagnosing issues, and resolving them within agreed SLAs
- Monitor and maintain integrations between APM and other systems (historian, SCADA, ERP/CMMS) to ensure accurate, timely data flow
- Configure and administer core APM modules such as Asset Strategy Management, Reliability Analysis, Health Indicators, and Policy Manager
- Manage minor enhancements, break-fix requests, and configuration changes through the change management process
- Support patching, version upgrades, and platform health checks in coordination with GE Vernova and internal IT teams
- Maintain master data quality, including asset hierarchies, criticality rankings, and failure mode libraries
- Create and maintain documentation - runbooks, knowledge base articles, and SOPs - for recurring support scenarios
- Partner with client SMEs,



reliability engineers, and IT stakeholders to align support work with operational priorities
- Contribute to periodic service reviews, tracking SLA performance, ticket trends, and improvement opportunities

Required Skills Experience

- 2-5 years supporting GE Vernova APM (formerly Meridium) or a comparable CMMS/EAM/APM platform
- Working knowledge of reliability engineering practices (RCM, FMEA, RBI) preferred
- Proficiency in SQL and experience troubleshooting system integrations
- Familiarity with ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, and change management)
- Solid communication skills and comfort working across onshore/offshore, cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

- Broader exposure to the GE Vernova software suite (e.g., Historian, Predix)
- Experience building reporting/dashboards (e.g., Power BI) on
