Role: GCP Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build and manage Cloud Landing Zones, networking, security, and governance frameworks.
- Design scalable and secure architectures using GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, and other GCP services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Define IAM, security, compliance, and cloud best practices.
- Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Work closely with DevOps, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver cloud solutions.
- Optimize cloud costs, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills

✅ 10+ years of overall IT experience

✅ 4+ years of hands-on GCP Architecture experience

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Cloud Architecture & Solution Design
- GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)
- Kubernetes & Docker
- Terraform
- Cloud Run
- Cloud SQL
- VPC, IAM, Load Balancing, Cloud NAT
- CI/CD & DevOps Practices
- Security & Governance

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification
- Terraform Certification
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise-scale project experience
