Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead with solid expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, NextJS, NestJS, AWS, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a mix of Technical Leadership (50%) and Individual Contribution (50%). The candidate will manage client interactions, lead a development team, own end-to-end delivery, conduct code reviews, resolve technical challenges, and actively contribute to application development.

Leadership & Delivery Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project delivery.
- Act as the primary client-facing technical lead.
- Manage and mentor the development team.
- Support developers in resolving day-to-day technical challenges.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
- Ensure quality, timelines, and engineering best practices.

Technical Responsibilities





- Design and develop scalable applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, NextJS, and NestJS.
- Build microservices and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Develop REST APIs and backend services.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Implement Redux Toolkit for state management.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Harness, or similar tools.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams.
- Remain hands-on as a 50% Individual Contributor.

Preferred Experience

- React Native
- AWS API Gateway, Lambda, and Step Functions
- Multi-domain enterprise architectures
- Awareness of .NET technologies
- Orchid platform knowledge
