 8 to 12 years of hands-on Functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules. The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on Saa S HCM Modules in Compensation, OTL, Benefits & Payroll. Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice tocustomers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle Saa S HCM. Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements. Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing. Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules. Should have a good understanding of Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security. Experience in handling data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Rapid Formula and BI Reporting is an addedadvantage Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
