About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of developing, maintaining, and improving websites and web applications for our clients.

Most of our newer projects are built using React and JavaScript, while we also maintain a few existing WordPress websites.

We are looking for someone who is technically solid, detail-oriented, can write clean and reliable code, and is capable of independently debugging and solving technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain modern websites and web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Work on frontend and backend development as required.
- Build and integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing websites and web applications.
- Work on existing WordPress websites, including customization and troubleshooting.
- Convert Figma designs and business requirements into responsive, production-ready websites.
- Debug existing code and identify the root cause of technical issues.
- Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness and SEO.
- Test websites thoroughly across desktop and mobile devices before deployment.
- Deploy and maintain websites on production servers.
- Work with Git/GitHub and follow proper development practices.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing teams and other developers.
- Take ownership of projects from development through deployment and maintenance.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of professional web development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
- Good practical experience with React.js.
- Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Understanding of component-based development and frontend architecture.




- Basic to good understanding of backend development and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with databases.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand an existing codebase and make changes without breaking existing functionality.
- Good attention to detail.

Good to Have
- WordPress development experience.
- Experience with Node.js / Express.js.
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with hosting, domains, DNS and deployment.
- Understanding of website performance and technical SEO.
- Experience working with Figma.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.
- Experience with Vibe Coding / AI-assisted coding workflows.

AI & Vibe Coding We encourage the use of AI coding tools to improve development speed and productivity.

However, you must be able to understand, review, test, debug and take responsibility for the code you produce.

Using AI to generate code without understanding what the code does is not sufficient.
